International community should assist parliamentary dialogue, Raonic argues

Podgorica, (MINA) – The international community should be more aggressive in assisting stabilization of circumstances in Montenegro, so that the dialogue in the Parliament can be continued, Program Director at the Civic Alliance (GA) Boris Raonic has stated.

The Democratic Bloc (DF) are taking no part in the work of the Parliament’s plenary and committees, including the Committee for Election Legislation Reform, since the court issued orders to arrest two of their MPs.

According to Raonic, the biggest responsibility lies on the ruling DPS, as the biggest political party.

Parliament Speaker Ivan Brajovic also believes that the time left until the end of the year should be used for further activities of the newly established Committee for Election Legislation Reform.
