Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The shareholders of Crnogorski Telekom are expected to adopt a decision on distribution of last year’s profit at a regular shareholders’ meeting to be held on 29 May.
The agenda of this meeting also includes the adoption of the financial and annual reports for 2018.
The shareholders are also expected to adopt decisions on the revocation of current and appointment of new members of the Board of Directors.
On this occasion, they will also select an independent auditor for this year.
Net profit of Crnogorski Telekom amounted to €7.3 million last year, and it was 2.1 million higher than in 2017.
The company says in a press release that its total revenues amounted to €84 million, €1 million less than in 2017, while a decrease in wholesale segment was offset by a growth of retail revenues.
The press release says that Telekom’s EBITDA, excluding special effects, increased by 6.5 percent year on year to €31.4 million at the end of the last year.
