Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Bankruptcy Administration of “Radoje Dakic” has launched a call offering the company’s property at the reserve price of €38.23 million.
The property includes the land in Podgorica registered for central activities and housing, offered at the price of €32.15 million.
The company’s property in Belgrade is also offered for sale, at the price of €202,400.
It includes two business premises, covering an area of 79 and 105 square metres, offered at the price of €86,900 and €115,500.
The interested bidders are invited to submit their bids to the Commercial Court by 4 March at 1 p.m., which will be opened on 5 June at 9 a.m.
The tender is open for all individuals and companies that pay a deposit amounting to five percent of the reserve price of the property they bid for.
The property will be sold to the highest bidder.
A decision on the best bidder will be adopted within seven days by the Bankruptcy Administrator.
