Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Board of Directors of Vektra Boka has launched a public call for sale of part of the company’s immovable property at the reserve price of €13.73 million.
The property includes the restaurant “Galeb” offered at the reserve price of €4.43 million, Milasinovica beach with land and a building at €2.63 million, and motel “Dubrava” at the price of €2.6 million.
The tennis courts at Topla with supporting facilities are also offered for sale at the price of €2.55 million, as well as the motel Borici with land at the reserve price of €200,000, and three plots of land near the hotel Rivijera in Njivice, at the price of €150,000, €30,000 and €520,000.
The company also sells a plot of land at Topla at the price of €378,000.
All interested buyers are expected to submit their bids by 14 October.
The property will be sold to the highest bidder.
