Tivat, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The largest tourism project in Montenegro, Lustica Bay, has been presented in Baku, during the presentation of Montenegro’s investment climate.
“This is the third presentation of the Lustica Bay project in Azerbaijan,” said Marketing Manager at Lustica Development Slavica Milic, adding that the previous period was characterized by a close economic and political partnership with the ‘Land of Fire’.
The company says in a press release that, having launched a route to Montenegro, Azal airline facilitated the tourist arrivals and brought Montenegro closer to potential investors from Azerbaijan.
“The first visit of Azerbaijani media, investors and real estate agencies to Montenegro will be organized this summer,” the press release says.
Similar presentations were recently organized in Poland and Kazakhstan, while the Lustica Bay project will have its second presentation in Moscow today.
Lustica Bay, which will be open throughout the year, is the largest investment project in the field of tourism and residential development in the Mediterranean.
The project envisages the development of seven hotels, two marinas, over a thousand residential units, more than 500 town houses and villas, an 18-hole golf course, commercial and administrative area and other facilities.
