Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – In the third quarter, Montenegro saw a 0.7 percent year-on-year increase in the average price of dwellings in new residential buildings to €1,150 per square meter, says Monstat.
The Statistical Office says in a press release that the average price of dwellings rose by 6.4 percent compared with the second quarter.
“In the third quarter, an average price in new residential buildings was €1,020 per square metre in Podgorica,” the press release says.
In the third quarter, an average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was €1,430 per square metre in the coastal, €609 in the central, and €774 in the northern region.
The Statistical Office says that the difference in average prices of dwellings in new residential buildings depends considerably on the share of dwellings from the category of solidarity housing development that are currently available in the market.
