Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Voli Trade has offered €5.65 million for part of the land of the former factory “Radoje Dakic” covering an area of nearly 20,000 square metres.
At the opening of the bids at the Commercial Court, Bankruptcy Administrator of the factory Mladen Markovic said that Voli Trade was the only bidder at the call for tenders for the remaining property of the company, offered at the reserve price of €44.9 million.
Voli offered €2.85 million for the plot of land covering an area of 10,600 square metres and €2.8 million for another plot covering 9,900 square metres.
As Voli’s bids for both plots of land were €13 higher than each of the reserve prices, Markovic concluded that the bid was regular.
Markovic said that the decision would be made no later than seven days after the opening of the bid.
The property offered for sale under this call included the land and material, as well as two business premises in Belgrade.
Because of a €10.7 million debt, the Commercial Court launched the bankruptcy proceedings for the company in December of 2016 at the request of the Tax Administration. Longer version of article is available on a link MINA ENGLISH SERVIS
