Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Rector of the University of Donja Gorica Veselin Vukotic has been elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Plantaze, while Director of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund Dusan Perovic will be its Vice-Chairman.
An inaugural meeting of the Board of Directors was held today.
According to a press release issued by the company, the Board of Directors is comprised of Vukotic, Perovic, Professor Bozo Mihailovic, and Djordjije Rajkovic, who served as CEO of Plantaze for many years.
The Board also includes former Marketing Director of Plantaze Anica Hajdukovic, Sead Sahman of the Employment Office and Director of Corporate Sector of Societe Generale banka Montenegro Samo Jovicevic. Longer version of article is available on a link MINA ENGLISH SERVIS
