Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Tax Administration has published a new Black List of 200 tax debtors, whose combined debt amounts to €73.36 million, out of which €21.35 million is subject to tax debt reprogramming.
The new list, compiled by the Tax Administration and the Ministry of Finance, includes 200 taxpayers with the highest debt, based on the outstanding value added tax, profit tax, real estate sales tax, and concession fees.
With the debt of €7.52 million, Vektra Jakic is on the top of the list. It is followed by Vektra Montenegro, which owes €4.52 million, Tehnoput, whose debt amounts to €4.09 million, Fab-live with €2.94 million, Mercur System Budva with €2.76 million, Family shop Bar, which owes €2.6 million, and Old town invest group, with a debt of €2.47 million.
The list of tax debtors also includes Vuk & Petrol Kotor with a debt of €2.4 million, A-Kop with €2.22 million each, and the Fund for Solidarity Housing Development and whose debt amounts to €1.31 million.
The Tax Administration publishes the Back List quarterly, in compliance with amendments to the Law on Tax Administration.
