Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Compared with the last year’s corresponding period, the industrial production saw a 27.7 percent increase in July, says Monstat.
“Compared with the same period last year, the industrial production index increased by 27.7 percent between January and July,” says a press release issued by the Statistical Office.
Monstat says that the electricity and gas supply, and air conditioning sector saw a considerable increase of 97.8 percent in the first six months.
In the same period, the processing sector grew by 3.7 percent, while the mining and quarrying industry declined by 18.4 percent.
