Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to the Insurance Supervision Agency, the insurance companies invoiced a total of €29.9 million in gross insurance premium in the first four months, up 17.6 percent year on year.
“The total gross invoiced premium increased by around €4.5 million, which is three times more than in the first four months of 2018,” says a press release issued after a meeting of the Agency Council.
The Agency says that the non-life insurance premium increased by 17.7 percent, while the life insurance premium rose by 17.1 percent in the first four months.
“The highest nominal growth, by €1.3 million, was seen by other property insurance, while the life insurance increased by €665,000,” the Agency says.
The Council concluded that the Agency had initiated and carried out all activities according to the plan.
