Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Director General of Zain Property Development Moosa Al Raisi and Executive Director of Novi volvox Mila Milovic have signed an agreement for construction of the Zain Park residential complex in Podgorica.
Al Raisi said at a press conference that the idea for the project, worth around €6 million, was born several years ago during his first visit to Montenegro.
Zain Park will be the first Montenegrin investment made by Zain Property Development, which was established in Oman in 2008 as a family company.
The construction of the residential complex is expected to take between 18 and 20 months.
Al Raisi said that the company had met with representatives of the Government of Montenegro, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism and the Capital City of Podgorica, who supported the project.
