Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Montenegro Stock Exchange has published a list of companies that paid dividend for 2018 to their shareholders.
The stock exchange says in a press release that it would like to inform the public about the issuers that have been operating profitably and sharing their profit, completely or partially, with their shareholders.
“Podgoricka banka, member of OTP Group, is the only bank to have distributed dividend for the last year,” says a press release published on the website of Montenegro Stock Exchange.
The companies that have paid dividends for 2018 to their shareholders include the hotel group Budvanska rivijera, Jugopetrol, the Port of Kotor, Napredak, Crnogorski Telekom and Zetatrans.
Montenegro Stock Exchange has also carried out an analysis of audit reports for the last year.
It covered the companies, banks and insurance companies that finished last year with a net profit.
The analysis found that 32 companies, 11 banks and eight insurance companies operated profitably.
