Tivat, (MINA-BUSINESS) – After its promotion in Beijing, the largest multi-purpose residential project in South East Europe, Lustica Bay, has been presented at the real estate exhibition Luxury Property Showcase in Shanghai.
“Over ten thousand visitors of a three-day exhibition in China had an opportunity to get acquainted with the investment projects from different parts of the world, while Lustica Development representatives organized a presentation for the interested investors and property buyers from China,” the company says in a press release.
The presentation of Lustica Bay at the Luxury Property Showcase was preceded by its promotion during the Juwai Property Forum and Agent Summit.
“The concept of a new tourist town has attracted a great media attention, with stories on Montenegro and Lustica Bay published by the Chinese agencies Chinanews.com, China Centre News and Tencent News“, says Lustica Development.
According to the company, the economic citizenship programme, the launching of which is planned for the beginning of the next year, was of particular interest to the Chinese visitors.
This was the reason for several meetings the Lustica Bay representatives had with brokerage agencies and intermediaries, as well as the representatives of Embassy of Montenegro to Beijing.
This year’s presentations of the Lustica Bay, which is being developed on the part of the Lustica peninsula that belongs to the Municipality of Tivat, were organized at the exhibitions in Sweden, Ukraine, Monaco, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, China, the United Arab Emirates and Turkey.
