Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – There are 42,800 unemployed people in Montenegro, 1.4 percent more than last week.
According to a report by the Employment Office, the unemployment rate increased from 18.19 percent to 18.45 percent.
The highest unemployment rate reached 32.7 percent in July of 2000, while the lowest one, at the level of 10.1 percent, was recorded in August of 2009.
Since the beginning of the year, the Employment Office has registered 14,300 newly employed workers.
