Crnogorski Telekom part of an international initiative

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Crnogorski Telekom is again part of the international initiative Women’s STEM Award, presented by Deutsche Telekom in the previous six years to the women involved in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

“Students of STEM faculties, as wells those who have recently graduated, are eligible for this award. They are expected to submit their Bachelor’s or Master thesis related to one of the following areas: Cloud, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, and Networks of the Future,” the company says in a press release.

 

The prize for the best piece of work will be €3,000, while particularly innovative works will receive the prizes of €500 in each category.

Human Resource Director at Crnogorski Telekom Miroslav Janicic has said that Crnogorski Telekom is continuously supporting and promoting the development of STEM areas in Montenegro, as the professions without which there can be no progress in the era of digital economy.

“We are joining this international initiative again this year in order to enable the female students from Montenegro to participate in this prestigious competition. As one of the leading employers in Montenegro, Telekom offers attractive conditions for young experts in these fields, and this is a good opportunity for them to show their knowledge and skills,” says Telekom.
