Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism has launched a public call for expression of interest in proposing the projects for the Tourism Development Projects List.
The interest may be expressed by all stakeholders, including the applicants for the citizenship by investment programme who meet the criteria for construction of hotels or mixed-purpose complexes.
The Ministry launched the call in line with a decision on the criteria, manner and procedure of selection of persons eligible for Montenegrin citizenship on the basis of the investments of particular importance for the economic interests of Montenegro.
The Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism will evaluate if the applications meet the qualification criteria on the basis of the submitted documentation.
The applications may be mailed to the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism until 31 December 2021.
