Podgorica, (MINA) – The Ministry of Public Administration (MJU) has great cooperation with the US partners, but it should be expanded to the field of cyber security and public service digitalization, it was stated in the meeting between Minister Suzana Pribilovic and US Ambassador Judy Rising Reinke.
Pribilovic said that MJU has great cooperation with the US partners, but added that space exists for improvement in many fields.
She remarked that in the last two and half years, since the Ministry of Public Administration has been established, intensive activities have been carried out and significant progress has been achieved in regard to public administration reform, but many challenges remain.
According to the Ministry’s press release, Pribilovic emphasized cyber security and public service digitalization as two key fields of cooperation.
Reinke underlined the strategic importance of MJU in the public administration system.
She remarked that the USA are ready to help the process of public administration reform in Montenegro and that fields of cooperation should be defined in the following period.
“We are interested in intensifying cooperation in cyber security, as well as public services digitalization”, Reinke emphasized.
