Podgorica, (MINA) – The civic protest “97000- Resist!”, in which new requests will be presented, will be held on Saturday in Podgorica.
So far three rallies have been held in which resignations of the President of Montenegro and the PM were requested, as well as resignations of the Supreme and Chief Special prosecutors, and the Council and management of the Public broadcaster.
The civic movement “97000-resist!” stated that the protest rally has been planned for Saturday.
“We invite all free citizens to join us this Saturday at 6Pm at the Independence Square to show that we are the state, and that we can together bring to essential change of the system that forgot how to serve to public and interests of the citizens”, the movement’s press release stated.|
The movement stated that on their route they will pass by the institutions of the system “that do not work in the interest of the citizens” and added that they expect this gathering to be peaceful and dignified.
