Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The shareholders of Erste Bank have decided to appoint Miroslav Kozul as a new member of the bank’s Board of Directors.
His appointment has been approved by the Central Bank (CBCG).
“Kozul has an extensive knowledge and rich banking experience in the field of managing different profiles of clients,” the bank says in a press release.
He holds a degree in finance and accountancy from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb.
Kozul had started his banking career thanks to the EDUCA internship programme in Zagrebacka banka in 1995, where he spent twenty years on different managerial positions.
He became a Director of the Credit Risk Management Sector of Erste&Steiermarkische bank Rijeka in charge of corporate clients in 2014.
Since 2015, he has been Director of the Credit Risk Management Sector in charge of all clients at Erste&Steiermarkische bank.
