Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Government has adopted a communication on the proposed long-term loan agreement worth €19 million between the China Development Bank and the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro (IRF) and provided its consent to this document.
According to a press release issued by the Government’s Public Relations Service, €19 million will be distributed to entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises to support the liquidity of IRF clients.
The Government also adopted a communication on the proposed contracts executed within the framework of the second phase of the “Energy Efficiency Programme for Public Buildings”.
The press release says that the Government approved the contract for the provision of consulting services for the project “Development of Software for the Calculation of Energy Performance of Buildings”.
It also adopted annex to the contract on execution of works, extending the deadline for the completion of works at the Komanski Most Institute, due to objective reasons, from 150 to 210 days.
