Police Administration: Intensified inspection in high schools ahead of graduation exam

Podgorica, (MINA) – Montenegrin police will intensify measures and carry out preventive inspections in secondary schools in the country, ahead of the graduation exams in the mother tongue, scheduled for Wednesday, the Police Administration announced, adding that the exam will not be interrupted in case of possible false bomb threats.
“During and after the inspection of the facilities, and before and during the graduation exam, the police, in full cooperation with the school management and together with the security staff, will be present in the schools to ensure public peace and order, as well as the smooth conduct of the graduation exam and the full safety of the participants and teaching staff”, the press release states.
The Police Administration said that the aim of the activity is to act preventively against possible false bomb threats that could be aimed at disrupting and delaying the examination process, recalling earlier experiences with such incidents.
The police added that, in the event of false reports, the exam process will not be interrupted as they will ensure the safety of students, staff and facilities in a timely and efficient manner.
