Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – During June, the Kotor–Lovcen Cable Car will launch its weekend programme, “Seniors and Juniors Together to the Top,” dedicated to grandparents and their grandchildren, offering a 50 percent discount on gondola tickets for pensioners and children under the age of 12 accompanied by a pensioner.

The company said in a press release that tickets can be purchased exclusively at the ticket offices at the lower Dub station or the upper Kuk station.

“As the school year gradually comes to an end and the summer holidays approach, June is the ideal time for family outings and days that different generations can spend together. For that reason, discounted ticket prices will be available to pensioners and children on all weekends in June, along with free access to the children's playground,” the press release said.

When purchasing tickets, visitors only need to present an ID document or a membership card issued by the Pensioners’ Association.

“Through this programme, Kotor Cable Car aims to encourage quality time between generations and bring Lovcen closer to families from across Montenegro through an experience that combines nature, panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor and time spent together,” the press release reads.

On Saturdays and Sundays, the cable car operates from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
