Podgorica, (MINA) –Kotor police, in cooperation with the Urbanism and Construction Inspection, filed a criminal complaint against the Podgorica-based company “K.G.” and its responsible person, M.K. on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of constructing buildings without registration and permits.

According to the Police Administration press release, it is suspected that the company and M.K. began the construction of six buildings in the Radanovici settlement in Kotor.

Police stated that the criminal complaint has been filed under the regular procedure with the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Kotor.
