Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – In cooperation with telecommunications company One, the National Tourism Organization (NTO) is continuing its “Connect with Montenegro” campaign at the Dobrakovo border crossing.
The NTO said in a press release that, following the successful launch of the campaign in mid-June at Podgorica and Tivat airports, the initiative has now been expanded to one of Montenegro’s busiest road border crossings.
“Promoters at the border crossing welcome tourists, provide useful information about the destination, distribute promotional gifts, refreshments and snacks, as well as free One eSIM cards with one day of unlimited internet access, allowing visitors to stay connected from the moment they arrive in Montenegro,” the press release reads.
NTO’s PR expert Milena Vujovic said she was particularly pleased that the campaign is being successfully implemented for the third consecutive year and continues to receive very positive feedback from both tourists and the domestic public.
"The first impression visitors gain upon arriving at a destination often shapes their entire travel experience. That is why, through the ‘Connect with Montenegro’ campaign, we want to give them a warm welcome and make them feel they have arrived in a country that values its guests. We believe this initiative will become a cherished tradition, and we hope to expand it to more border crossings in the future with the support of additional partners," Vujovic said.
