Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – There were 24,030 unemployed people in Montenegro at the end of June, 2.9 percent fewer than in May.

According to the Employment Office, the unemployment rate stood at 7.84 percent. 

Since the beginning of this year, the Employment Office advertised a total of 13,790 vacancies.

Due to technical circumstances arising from the implementation of the new information system of the Tax Administration, data on the number of newly employed persons are not available.
