Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to the National Tourism Organization (NTO), Montenegro has seen an increase in the number of tourist arrivals from Poland, while further upward trend is expected in the coming period.
“In the previous period, the tourist arrivals from this market have seen a steady growth. Compared with 2010, the number of Polish tourists visiting Montenegro increased almost three times last year,” NTO says.
NTO sees Poland as an important market, given that its tourists come from one of the largest outbound markets in Europe.
NTO is currently presenting Montenegro’s tourism products at the TT Warsaw exhibition, a major travel industry event in Poland.
The NTO stand features the local tourism organizations of Ulcinj, Bar, Budva, Cetinje, Kotor, Tivat and Podgorica, as well as the hotel group Budvanska rivijera, Montenegro Stars, the hotel company Trend Korali and Karisma hotels Adriatic Montenegro.
