Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – For the fifth consecutive year, Societe Generale banka Montenegro will pay dividends to its shareholders, amounting to €5.33 million this year, which accounts for one half of its total profit.
According to a press release issued by the bank, its shareholders adopted the annual report with an opinion of the external auditor.
“Last year, the bank achieved excellent commercial and financial results, which reflected in an increase in the number of clients, and success in all business segments – retail, SME, public and business sectors,” the press release says.
According to the press release, the results confirm that Societe Generale banka Montenegro is one of the market leaders, known for the commitment to its clients.
The shareholders also adopted a decision on the appointment of the bank’s Board of Directors, re-electing Milorad Katnic, Antoine Alexis, Jean-Philippe Guillaume, Sonja Miladinovski, and Verica Maras.
