Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – A temporary disruption in the processing of customs procedures occurred on Monday due to an interruption in the electronic exchange of messages between business entities and the Customs Administration.

“The customs information system remained operational throughout the entire period. However, due to the interruption in the electronic exchange of messages, it was not possible to receive electronic submissions into the system,” the Customs Administration said in a press release. 

According to the Administration, transit procedures continued without interruption.

“Following the resolution of the technical issues, regular electronic message exchange has been restored, and customs procedures are currently being carried out without disruption,” the press release reads.

The Customs Administration said that it continues to monitor the situation and undertake all necessary activities to ensure the smooth flow of goods and the efficient implementation of customs procedures.
