Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to the Government, the Ministry of Public Works has launched a call for the preparation of the Main Design Project for Block A1 of the Velje Brdo development and the construction of the first phase of the complex, including accompanying infrastructure.

“The tender provides for the preparation of project documentation for Block A1, while the first phase includes the construction of six residential buildings with approximately 185 apartments, two underground garages, site landscaping, and related infrastructure,” the Government stated in a press release.

Block A1 will be developed in three phases, and upon completion of all phases it will comprise approximately 557 residential units.
