Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG), its participation in the Eurochambres General Assembly provides an opportunity for further networking, exchange of experience, and promotion of the interests of the Montenegrin business community in the European integration process.

At a meeting of the Association of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Eurochambres), held in Valletta, participants discussed the future of the European economy, its competitiveness, and the challenges facing businesses.

“Financial and programme documents for the upcoming period were adopted, while the main topic was strengthening the competitiveness of the European economy through increased productivity and the simplification of administrative burdens on businesses,” the PKCG said in a press release.

PKCG added that representatives of member chambers discussed specific measures for creating a more favourable business environment that would enable European entrepreneurs to operate more easily and invest more strongly in growth, development, and innovation.

“During the meeting, participants once again highlighted the key role of chambers of commerce in representing business interests at the European level, as well as the importance of mutual cooperation in promoting the competitiveness, resilience, and sustainable development of the European economy,” the PKCG said.
