Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) - According to Monstat, the average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro reached €2,210 per square metre at the end of last year’s fourth quarter.

The Statistical Office stated in a press release that the average price in new residential buildings was €2,140 per square metre in Podgorica.

The average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was €2,570 per square metre in the coastal, and €1,360 in the northern region, while there were no sales recorded in the central region.

The statistics do not reflect the supply and demand in the market, but are based on the prices calculated on the basis of the concluded purchase contracts.
