Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – In cooperation with PR agency Mascontour, the National Tourism Organisation of Montenegro (NTO) organized individual study visits for journalists from the German media outlets Reise und Preise and Outdoor Magazine during June and July.
During her individual visit, Reise und Preise journalist Marie Tajdel focused on lesser-known destinations, adventure tourism, and showcasing authentic rural life, local culture, and sustainable tourism experiences.
Tajdel visited the Komovi mountains, the Grebaje Valley, Prokletije National Park, and the urban area of Gusinje.
She had the opportunity to visit traditional rural households, enjoy the country’s rich gastronomy and local specialties, and explore the natural beauty of the Durmitor region on horseback.
She completed her journey with an exciting white-water rafting trip on the Tara River, experiencing one of Montenegro’s most attractive adventure activities.
Also visiting Montenegro was Frederik Meyst, a journalist specializing in outdoor and adventure tourism, with a particular focus on promoting authentic travel experiences.
During his stay, he prepared feature articles for several renowned European media outlets, including Germany’s Outdoor Magazin, Belgium’s AS Adventure Magazine, and the international online publication WideOyster.
Support for the organization of the German journalists’ press visits was provided by the NTO’s strategic partner Air Montenegro, as well as the local tourist boards of Kolasin, Gusinje, Rozaje, and Podgorica, Piva Nature Park, Jablan Winery, Oro Restaurant, and the Pavicevic family farm.
