Closer economic cooperation and new business initiatives discussed 

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to representatives of the Montenegro–Australia Chamber of Commerce, the two countries have significant opportunities to enhance economic cooperation, particularly in attracting investment, expanding trade, connecting businesses, and strengthening institutional collaboration.

 

The founders of the Montenegro–Australia Chamber of Commerce, Petar Tomasevic and Marko Lopicic, met today in Belgrade with Australia’s non-resident Ambassador, Peter Truswell. 

 

During the meeting, they informed him about the establishment and initial activities of the Chamber, and presented its mission, objectives, and planned initiatives.

 

Truswell welcomed the establishment of the Montenegro–Australia Chamber of Commerce, describing it as a significant contribution to strengthening relations between the two countries.

 

He expressed confidence that the Chamber’s work would help further improve economic cooperation while also fostering stronger links between Montenegro and Australia in culture, sports, education, science, and other areas of social cooperation.
