Reconstruction of Ostros–Vladimir regional road begins

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Transport Administration announced that preparatory works have begun on the reconstruction of the approximately 17-kilometre Ostros-Vladimir regional road, a project worth around €18 million.
“Preparatory works have started on one of the most significant infrastructure projects for the municipalities of Bar and Ulcinj,” the Administration said in a press release.
The contracted value of the works amounts to approximately €15 million, excluding VAT, while the total value including VAT is around €18 million.
The Transport Administration said the contractor is Putevi Bar, while engineering supervision is being carried out by the Podgorica-based company Geo Spiin.
“The project includes a comprehensive reconstruction of the road, bridge rehabilitation, widening of the existing carriageway, construction of retaining walls, and landslide remediation,” the press release reads.
