Employment Office an example of Montenegro’s reform progress toward the EU

As part of an official visit to Pljevlja, Sattler visited the Pljevlja Employment Bureau, where he met with the management of the Employment Office.
They discussed current labour market trends, the implementation of active labour market policy measures and the activities carried out by the Employment Office to increase employability and strengthen social inclusion, particularly in the northern region of Montenegro.
Percobic informed Sattler of the results achieved in the previous period, emphasizing the commitment to further improving services, enhancing cooperation with employers, and implementing reforms aligned with European standards.
It was concluded that the results achieved confirm that Montenegro is moving in a reform-oriented and responsible manner toward the European labour market.
The visit underscored the importance of continued dialogue and a shared commitment to the development of a modern, inclusive, and competitive labour market in Montenegro.
