Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – A roundtable organized by Institute Alternative (IA) titled “Presentation of the Monitoring Report on Public Finance Management” will be held on Wednesday at the Crowne Plaza Podgorica hotel, starting at 11 a.m.

The organization announced that the roundtable is part of the regional project “Western Balkans Civil Society Empowerment for a Reformed Public Administration” (WeBER 3.0).

“This project is the third consecutive grant of the largest civil society initiative in the Balkans for monitoring public administration reform, funded by the EU and implemented by the Think for Europe (TEN) network, of which Institute Alternative is a member, in partnership with the KDZ – Centre for Public Administration Research from Vienna,” IA stated in a press release. 

The project is funded by the European Union and the Austrian Development Agency, with co-financing from Montenegro’s Ministry of Public Administration.

“During the roundtable, we will present the findings of the new report on public finance management, which focuses on the budget transparency, publication of budget data, work in the field of public procurement, and the openness of the State Audit Institution (DRI),” IA said.
