Regional leaders to discuss the future of agribusiness

Tivat, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is organizing the regional Consumer Rules Summit for the third time, which will take place on 29–30 September at the Regent Porto Montenegro hotel in Tivat.

“After successful events in Belgrade (2019) and Zagreb (2023) the conference returns with a focus on the latest global trends and future opportunities for agribusiness, FMCG, food retail and distribution industries,” a press release states.

In a period marked by geopolitical challenges, inflation, and climate change, the Consumer Rules Summit has become a key platform for visionary discussions and practical solutions.

A total of 38 top speakers and over 150 participants, including executives from Central and Southeastern Europe, the EU, Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa, will come together to share experiences and insights on conducting business amid current global macro trends.

They will address questions such as how to leverage business opportunities in the region and beyond, respond to growing environmental and social awareness, and apply artificial intelligence and new technologies to drive innovation and enhance competitiveness.

The conference will cover topics including economic resilience, redefining business models for sustainable future markets, and navigating competition in a dynamic global environment.
