Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Montenegrin Electricity Distribution System (CEDIS) signed a trilateral partnership agreement on Thursday with the French Development Agency (AFD) and EDF International Networks (EDF IN), establishing a strategic technical cooperation aimed at modernizing Montenegro’s electricity distribution network.
