Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, a total of 277 construction permits were issued in this year’s fourth quarter.

Out of the total number of permits, 153 permits were issued to citizens and 124 to companies, Monstat stated in its report.

“According to the permits issued in the fourth quarter, the construction of 1,470 dwellings, covering an area of 108,530 square metres in total, has been planned,” Monstat stated in the report.
