Ministry of Public Administration and PKCG sign cooperation agreement on digitalization
- Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Ministry of Public Administration and the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG) have signed an Agreement on Cooperation in the field of digitalization, confirming their joint commitment to improving digital services, strengthening e-government, and creating a more favourable environment for economic development in Montenegro.

Minister of Public Administration Marash Dukaj stated in a press release that the Agreement is much more than a formal document, adding that it is a symbol of successful partnership, mutual trust, and a shared vision of Montenegro as a modern, secure, and prosperous society.
“Digitalization of public administration is not a goal in itself, but a means to provide more efficient, transparent, and accessible services to citizens and the business community. Through this agreement, we are creating a strong framework for the development of modern digital solutions, simplification of administrative procedures, and improvement of the business environment,” said Dukaj.
President of PKCG Nina Drakic stated that digital transformation is one of the key prerequisites for strengthening the competitiveness of the Montenegrin economy.
“The Chamber of Commerce strongly supports initiatives that lead to the modernization of administrative processes and the reduction of business barriers. This agreement provides an important framework for concrete cooperation that will enable faster, simpler, and more efficient services for business entities,” said Drakic.
The Agreement aims to intensify cooperation between public administration and the business sector through the exchange of knowledge and experience, development of digital solutions, encouragement of innovation, implementation of European directives, promotion of domestic ICT companies, as well as joint participation at international fairs and forums.
