Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) - On Monday, the Government proposed to the Shareholders’ Assembly of Railway Infrastructure Company of Montenegro (ZICG) the members of the company’s Board of Directors.

“The government proposed to the ZICG shareholders that Aleksandar Dakic, Radovan Vukic, Vladimir Merdovic, and Marija Djurovic be appointed as members of the Board of Directors, representing state capital,” the Government stated in a press release.

The government also appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Transport Sava Asanin, as the company’s proxy to represent the state capital.
