Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Minister of Public Works Majda Adzovic said that the implementation of the Velje Brdo project is progressing as planned, adding that due to the project’s complexity, she does not want to speculate on deadlines.
“I would not speculate on deadlines, and the reasons are very concrete. Considering the complexity of the entire project, as well as the need to coordinate the actions of a large number of institutions, I prefer to speak in terms of phases and steps so that the public can understand the depth of our planning and considerations regarding this project,” Adzovic said in the Parliament, responding to a question from Member of Parliament Mihailo Andjusic of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).
He asked Adzovic when the first residents could be expected to move into the Velje Brdo residential complex.
“The project’s implementation involves numerous sub-projects that need to be completed for the facilities to become functional. The Velje Brdo residential complex aims to create a new urban environment that meets the needs of modern life while following sustainable development principles, providing the citizens of Montenegro with favourable conditions for resolving housing issues,” Adzovic stated.
According to her, the Ministry of Public Works is responsibly carrying out project management activities to ensure synchronized implementation of all sub-projects.
