Podgorica, Berlin, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to the Ministry of Tourism, new air routes between Montenegro and Germany will further improve connectivity and contribute to an increase in tourist arrivals from that foreign market.

Minister of Tourism Simonida Kordic met in Berlin with the Coordinator of the German Federal Government for the Maritime Economy and Tourism, Christoph Ploß. 

During the meeting satisfaction was expressed over the continuous growth in the number of German tourists visiting Montenegro. 

“The meeting focused on the development of maritime and sustainable tourism, as well as opportunities to strengthen cooperation in the fields of tourism infrastructure, promotion, and digitalization in the tourism sector.,” the Ministry stated in a press release.

According to the Ministry, significant potential for improving cooperation in the cruise tourism sector was also highlighted at the meeting.
