Podgorica, (MINA) - The decision of the Capital City and the Municipality of Tuzi to resolve the issue of demarcation and property division through arbitration is the most reliable way to mutually beneficial solution, assessed Minister of Public Administration, Marash Dukaj.

In a post on the X social network, he said that the Ministry he heads welcomes the decision of the Capital City and the Municipality of Tuzi, adding that in this step paves the way for the final resolution of this important issue.

“An important step has been taken towards ensuring legal security and creating the conditions for development of both local governments”, stated Dukaj.

He noted that the municipality of Tuzi in the previous period proposed on several occasions resolving the open issues through arbitration, adding that this agreement represents an important institutional step towards a final and legal solution to demarcation process.
