Podgorica, (MINA) - The Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica has dismissed the criminal complaint filed against former director of a directorate in the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights Mirjana Pajkovic, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of coercion against former National Security Agency director Dejan Vuksic.

The criminal complaint against Pajkovic was filed by the Podgorica Security Department.

The Podgorica State Prosecutor’s Office announced that after reviewing the case files and implementing all measures and actions provided for by law, they rejected the criminal charges against Pajkovic.

“The decision was made because there is no well-founded suspicion that she committed the aforementioned or any other criminal offense for which prosecution is undertaken ex officio”, the press release added.
