Vukovic, Radovic at IMF and World Bank Annual Meetings

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – A Montenegrin delegation, led by Minister of Finance Novica Vukovic and Central Bank (CBCG) Governor Irena Radovic, will participate in the Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank (WB), held in Washington, D. C.
The Ministry of Finance announced that the Montenegrin delegation will hold a series of meetings with senior IMF and World Bank officials, focusing on current issues in economic, fiscal, and monetary policy, with particular focus on international development, financial system stability, and the improvement of public finances.
“In addition, members of the delegation will also have a number of bilateral meetings with representatives of other countries, international financial institutions, investors, and private sector partners,” the Ministry said in a press release.
The IMF and World Bank Spring Meetings bring together leaders from around the world, central bank governors, finance ministers, representatives of international financial institutions, the private sector, academia, and civil society.
They offer an important platform for exchanging views on key global economic challenges, with a particular focus on international development and current trends in financial markets.
