Podgorica, (MINA) - Danijela Vukcevic has been appointed acting president of the Court of Appeal, the Judicial Council announced.

The Judicial Council stated that Vukcevic, who previously served as deputy president of the Court of Appeal, will perform the duties of acting president until the election of a new president, for a maximum of six months.

The Judicial Council also announced that the term of office of judge and former Appellate Court President Mirjana Popovic has been terminated, at her personal request.
