Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Capital City has invited citizens and businesses with residence or headquarters in Podgorica to apply within the next 20 days for financial support available for technological development and innovation.

According to a public call launched by the local administration, the Capital City aims to support citizens who wish to start or improve their businesses by introducing modern technological solutions and innovations.

The goal is to support initiatives that contribute to modernization and increased competitiveness in the market through the development of new products and services or the improvement of existing processes.

“This call supports business ideas that contribute to the introduction of modern technological solutions in business processes, the development of new technological products and services, and the improvement of competitiveness of a company through innovation and digitalization,” the Secretariat for Entrepreneurship and Investments stated in a press release.

The Capital City has allocated €100,000 for this programme. The maximum amount of funds awarded per business plan cannot exceed 50 percent of the total budget earmarked for the call.
