Radisson Hotel Group speeds up Adriatic expansion with prestigious new project in Montenegro 

Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – Radisson Hotel Group has signed a contract for a new property under construction on Montenegro’s Adriatic coast – the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences in Tivat.

 

“This contract, concluded with ALK Group, marks an important step in the Group’s strategy to expand its presence in the Balkans, where its current portfolio includes 30 hotels with over 5,600 rooms either in operation or under development,” the company stated in a press release.


The hotel, scheduled to open for the summer 2027 season, is currently under active construction on a prime location identified in Radisson Hotel Group’s regional resort development strategy.

 

Montenegro’s coastline, with its combination of historic charm, natural beauty, and a growing number of luxury projects, remains a strategic focus for the Group in delivering top-tier hotel experiences in high-demand destinations.

 

Vice President for Business Development in Eastern Europe at Radisson Hotel Group David Jenkins saidthat the team is excited to bring the Radisson Blu brand to Tivat, a destination that combines rich cultural heritage with a dynamic tourism scene.
